Listings & Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they post. PlaceHub does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Fees & Payments
Basic listings are free. Featured placements and premium upgrades are offered for a fee, shown clearly before you confirm a purchase. All payments are processed securely, and applicable refunds are governed by the terms presented at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
PlaceHub is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any transactions between users, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; certain obligations survive termination, including those relating to liability and content you have posted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our principal place of business.
Changes to These Terms
